Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order then this is possible for a min. administration fee of € 15. Refund of payments will hereafter only be according to the next time of cancellation:
1. 30 days or more before delivery; 100%
2. Between 20 and 29 days before delivery; 75%
3. Between 8 and 19 days before arrival; 50%
4. 7 days or less before arrival; 0%

Your cancellation must be in writing by email and only after our confirmation of your cancellation.
