These are the Terms and Conditions which apply when buying online shoppings from amstelshopping.com or amstelshopping.nl Please read this agreement carefully.
This should be read in combination with the ‘How it works’ and our Privacy Policy.
These represent the Terms and Conditions for using this service. If you do not agree to these, then you may not use this Website.
You are permitted to use our Website solely on the basis of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update and/or revise these Terms and Conditions. Please check periodically for changes.

1. Package registration and contract
1.1 We Amstel Shopping provide the service and deliver the packages as described on this website and in our section of term and conditions. You are the customer. You agree to purchase services and goods from Amstel Shopping subject to these Terms and Conditions which will apply to all transactions using our delivery service.
1.2 You must be 18 years or over and must complete the registration procedure to participate in our delivery service.
1.3 By registering for this service you agree that the details provided by you on registration, or at any time, are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address as well as your holiday address, phone number and email address and any other details that we may require to process your order.
1.4 Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as order confirmations, and changes to the service. By registering with our delivery service, you accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information.
1.5 Customers using our delivery service accept the need to have their credit or debit card details registered with Amstel Shopping prior to ordering. These details are held in an encrypted form on the Amstel Shopping database and will only be used for payment on account and/or payment of goods and services received by you using our delivery service.
1.6 It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw a password at our discretion.
1.7 We reserve the right to:
• Decline a new customer registration or suspend or terminate a customer’s account at any time and at our sole discretion.
• At our absolute discretion to terminate your access to all or part of this service with or without notice.
1.8 As the contract between you and Amstel Shopping is not concluded until payment has been received entirely.
1.9 We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the goods after delivery. Otherwise, our liability to you shall be limited in contract and/or tort to the value of the order only.
2. Package pricing and payment
2.1 Package will only be delivered after entire payment has been settled.
2.2 Payment will be taken on the day of reservation or the day after.
2.3 Payments may be done via a bank transfer, Paypal or by credit card. Last minute orders (less than 7 days before arrival) need to be settled by credit card or Paypal only.
2.4 The prices shown on this website at the time of ordering are guide prices. You accept that prices of goods may, therefore, increase or decrease between the day of ordering and the day of delivery. If this is the case we will inform you accordingly.
2.5 The weight, size or number of some goods has no effect on the price of the package. Prices in the Webshop are fixed prices.
2.6 Where applicable, prices include Value Added Tax. The prices on the website reflect the current rate of VAT.
2.7 If, on the order date or 48 hours after, we are unable to process your credit card payment, your order will be cancelled. Our Customer Care Team will contact you to request new details. Once these are authorized your delivery will be made.
3. Supply of Package goods
3.1 Goods will be supplied for the purposes of your own use as a consumer. We reserve the right to refuse orders including those that we consider are for commercial or non-domestic purposes, or subject to onward delivery by a 3rd party.
3.2 Food goods are supplied at the temperature appropriate to that food.
3.3 Goods are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions, If any goods you wish to purchase are not available, Amstel Shopping will try to offer you ‘alternative goods’ similar to the goods you have requested for the same price.
3.4 Where alternative products are accepted, customers should check product packaging for the most up to date nutritional information and allergen warnings, as these may differ from the products originally ordered.
4. Ordering of multiple Packages
4.1 You can order as many packages as possible. You can combine as many packages as possible too.
4.2 Orders for more than 5 packages of a single product line may be fulfilled subject to availability. To ensure we have the greatest opportunity of fulfilling larger orders, please give us at least 7 days notice of your request via our website
4.3 Due to concerns regarding the health and safety of our delivery drivers, we reserve the right to limit orders of certain bulky items, such as more than 3 crates of beer
5. Placing a Package order
5.1 There is a € 30 minimum order value on any Package order.
5.2 The way to place an order is as follows:
1. Choose your package(s) from the webshop
2. Go to basket and check your order. Proceed to check out!
3. Fill in the form with your address details and your holiday home address.
4. Continue to payment page and settle the order by your method of payment
5.3 Payments must be settled within 48 hours. Packages ordered in the weekend have 48 hours to be settled counted from Monday.
5.4 Last minute orders (7 days or less before delivery) need to be settled at once by credit card or Paypal.
5.5 Amstel Shopping reserves the right to amend delivery fees at any time without notice.
6. Package delivery and restrictions
6.1 We will deliver to the address specified by you when you checkout your order. If you amend delivery details then let us know about this a.s.a.p.
6.2 We will try to deliver the order at your specified time. However, external causes could delay the delivery. Amstel Shopping will not be held responsible for this delay.
6.3 Amstel Shopping delivers in the Amsterdam area known as “Ring A10”. This means all neighborhoods within the road A10 surrounding the Amsterdam central area.
6.4 We reserve the right to restrict or refuse delivery requests in certain areas at any time and without notice.
6.5 You or someone from the hotel/apartment/B&B aged 18 or over on your behalf must be available to receive and inspect the delivery.
6.6 We operate a ‘Think 25’ policy. If the person receiving the goods looks under 25 we will request proof of age. We may retain the goods if proof of age or an alternative adult is not available. There will be no refund of the paid amount in this case.
7. Package re-delivery
7.1 If you are out for the time of your scheduled delivery, or are unable to meet our driver in your accommodation within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to return your order to our store and to charge a € 25 charge for re-delivery.
7.2 In case of a delay you should always inform us in advance or at least 2 hours before delivery. You can do that by email or by phone nr. +31 6 233 56 332
7.3 If you have not contacted us on +31 6 233 56 332 within 4 hours to rearrange a failed delivery, the order will be cancelled and there will be no refund of the entire order.
8. Package returns
8.1 If whilst inspecting the goods at the time of delivery, you identify goods you do not want, you are free to decline any product delivered by our driver for any reason . You can return them to the driver and ask him or her to take them away.
8.2 Broken or damaged products will be replaced by us only if it is assignable to our delivery.
8.3 All products returned for any other reason will not be refunded.
9. Cancellation
9.1 If you wish to cancel your order then this is possible for a min. administration fee of € 15. Refund of payments will hereafter only be according to the next period of cancellation:
30 days or more before delivery 100%
Between 20 and 29 days before delivery 75%
Between 8 and 19 days before arrival 50%
7 days or less before arrival 0%
9.2 Your cancellation must be in writing by email and only after our confirmation of your cancellation.
